Shandong Xinghua Machinery Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of castings incuding gray iron casting ,ductile iron castings and cast steel castings with annual produciton capacity 40000tons.
The company was established in 1993,which is situated in the south of Shandong Province. It is 200 kilometers from Qingdao Port and 60 kilometers from Lianyungang Port.
Having continually extended the scale of our company, we have grown to become a leading supplier of cast products and machinery. With workshops covering 254,000 square meters, we have three branch factories and employ 800 staff; including ten senior engineers, five economists and thirty professional technicians. Boasting fixed assets worth over USD20 million, we are equipped with such production machinery as four cupolas, one-ton medium frequency furnace ,twelve large-scale molding machines, a resin sand casting line, and a physical testing lab.
Offering services for processing gray cast iron,ductile iron and cast steel materials, our main products include forging and pressing equipment parts, electric machine parts, textile machinery parts,fitness equipment parts,machine tool parts,plumbing fittings, pump casing ,speed reducers, oilfield bushings, construction machinery parts, textile machinery fittings and housing planer fittings. The unit weight of casting can be up to 50 tons. Constantly researching and developing new products, we use imported lines to custom fabricate new items according to clients' specific requirements.
